I do not refund any of my rental costs.
Notes
I rent only from Saturday to Saturday. I can rent monthly, as well. My rent is $6,000 for the week. Renters pay $6,000; along, with a $500 security deposit upon receiving their contract. Renter pays the 6% Sales and Withholding Taxes for the Michigan Department of Treasury.
Offshore renters pay in US Dollars Only and incur any banking fees.
